What are the formalities required to be a property dealer? Is there any license needed?
How to get it registered?

NO NEED OF REGISTRATION.

No need for registration as property dealer. If you want start by forming a partners ship firm then it is to be regd., with registrar of firms. If there is association of real estate agents/property dealers become a member of that association

In some of the States (e.g. Haryana), it is necessary for the property dealers to get themselves registered for running the business of property dealing.
