bail under section 66 of information technology act

how to get bail under section 66 of information tech act...somewhere it is written that it is non-bailable offence..but whats the procedure or way to get bail under it

Application is to be moved before the trail magistrate and on his decision, the bail may be granted.

The procedure for getting bail in a proceeding under IT Act is like any other non bailable offence as one can either pray for bail before the Magistrate after making surrender or pray for anticipatory bail before the sessions court or high court.
