Gpa / sale deed

I m tenant in the property for last 60 years.
My owner was 'x' . we paid him rent in court till 1995

Now the 'y' suit eviction petiton against us as he have the GPA OF 1979 .(Also in gpa there is cutting of lines and clearly visible that they cut the revocable line and add the irrevocable)

Now he registered the property for himself as first party (attorney holder of 'x') and second party himself.

Sale deed registered in 2016 and its mention over their that the executant of the said attorney is still alive.but the 'x' is died in 2010 we have the death certificate.

Contest the eviction suit and take defences that there exist no relation of landlord and tenant between parties and suit is not maintainable.

After death of executant of GPA ('X") it became invalid.
How does Y got sale deed registered 6 years later to death of X, as stated to have died in 2010 and sale deed registered in 2016?
Show all documents to a local prudent lawyer for analyses, professional advise and necessary proceeding to get it declared as null and void.

Case get disposed they made my father to settle the case in final hearing..
In final judgement its written that my father now agree that he is the owner and we shall pay rent to him..
Our lawyer didn't told about the consequences of this judgement...
