Muslim women wants kullah from her husband

hello
am a married muslim women and wants kullah from my husband as he is medically unfit and we cant become parents.
my question is can husband demand for money while kullah/divorce
i paid money for buying a car can i demand for that particular car and am having the proof of transaction

No Muslim husband eligible for maintenance or alimony.
As far car is concerned that depends on whose name it is registered, that person is considered the owner of the vehicle.
If husband paid for buying car in name of wife, he cannot claim money back in event of dissolution of marriage that will be considered her absolute property/money.

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. Vijay Raj Mahajan qua maintenance of husband.
However, respectfully I disagree with regards to the money paid for purchase of car, if you can prove the payments you can claim the same by filing a suit for recovery through a local lawyer.
