If you do an IAS exam well and successful in interview the unfair means you used and as a result of which yohttp://www.lawyersclubindia.com/expertsu were debarred for a year is petty. Later on you worked hard and improved you grades and turned into a good boy. So If you cleverly manage this question in IAS interview and impress them they (UPSC Board) may consider your candidature as an IAS officer. or any Government Job.
