FR denotes Fundamental Rule. Please be aware, Rules of fundamental nature do not change. If you work as Government servant, you have to work in the interest of people of India or State. You will have to compromise with your own interest as compared to the general public interest.

Fundamental rule 11 can 't be ever challenged in court.I didn't
' copy it from any body. I didn't find supporting material in internet. So I've changed my answer.

VAGUE ADVICE!
You have advised, "Fundamental rule 11 can be amended by challenging it in constitutional court," but you have not stated, what unconstitutionality you have found in the rule?

Can you guarantee amendment of rule by the constitutional court merely on asking for amendment without any specific ground which may suffice to treat the rule as unconstitutional?
