Land grabbing by neighbour

I have my land in Vasai. My neighbour has made boundry around it and now he says that the land belongs to him and he has left no entry for me to enter in my land.

File a suit for declaration and injuntion against your neighbour and seek prayer that questioned land be declared to you and rem�val of boundary wall by granting mandatory injunction also seek prayer to restrain your neighbour by prohibitory injunction not to raise �gain/ further boundary wall after its removal/demolishment.
