Legal document through rti

Sir,
Shall we get the the legal documents related to my case file (original suit) through RTI Act 2005 by Law courts since I am not getting the copies for study through vakalat lawyer in time.
RTI act applicable to Courts of Law or not.

If you are not a party the Court shall refuse to provide you the copy.
Otherwise, you can get a certified copy even officially through copying agency either directly or through your lawyer.
The provisions of RTI Act, 2005 are applicable in Courts.
