How to get final bail under 498a and 406

I get interim bail from ADJ but io not listen any thing from my side. My marriage is court marriage and my wife taking protection from punjab and harayan high court from there parents threats. Now she fir on me 498a and 406. What can i do

If the ADJ/ASJ has given you interim or anticipatory bail than the IO will not arrest you but he has right to investigate the matter, take down your statement for which you have to cooperate with him, otherwise he will file report against you and request for cancellation of your interim bail, seek police remand for you and that will be too hard for you to sustain. You need some experienced lawyer to help you out.

The facts as stated are confused. How is that your wife is getting protection from the High Court? It appears that you have not disclosed the real issues.
