Advocate commissioner in niact cases

Dear Members,
I filed a petition in cheque bounce case for an advocate commissioner appointment for execution of NBW against the accused. At the time of the report, such commissioner has returned the warrant to the court by saying that the accused is not situated at the given address. in this situation what can i do. there is any alternative when the accused is not located and the parents of the accused did not cooperate with the commissioner then what is the duty of the advocate commissioner. Please advise me in which way i need to proceed further. thank you.

The posting appears to be less than real. Execution of the NBW is the job of the Police, not the Advocate-Commissioner.

Find out the address of the accused and get the summons / warrant forwarded again.

police did not care about the execution of the warrant and Hon'ble court suggested to file the petition for appointment of advocate commissioner for the execution of the warrant. warrant issued on January 2016 and from that the continuation memo goes on. the accused is absconded and now based on that the advocate commissioner returned the warrant to the court. now as an advocate for complainant what is the action that i can take before the Hon'ble court.
