I WANT TO MARRY A GIRL WHO IS 21YRS OLD BUT DUE TO DIFFERENT CAST THE PARENTS OF THE GIRL ARE NOT READY.THE ARE
HARRASSING THE AND NOT ALLOWING HER TO GO OUT SIDE.AND IAM A LAW GRADUATE.BUT UNABLE TO DO ANY THING.
PLZ SUGGEST ME.WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE REMEDIES FOR ME?

yes, u can do marriage. But court marriage is not possible as it is the procedure that when u would apply for the court marriage in the court, a one month notice would be sent to both of ur hosues, it will create problem for both of u. the best way to get married legally-Sloemnize ur marriage in Arya samaj mandir or any other with all rights & rituals. After that got ur marriage registered by filing a joint application for the marriage registration.For further querries, please contact at:

Marriage has to happen with clear voilition of the parties to it. If both of you are prepared, go to Registrar of Marriages in your are along with two witnesses who can identify you and get it registered.

If both the bride and bridegroom both above the age of 21 years can solemise their marriage before the registrar of the marrigage by giving due notice to the registrar. If any one of them blongs to other religion the go for Special marriage act 1954.

THANK U FOR UR ADVICE BUT
I HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED THAT;
::::::::
1.THAT HER PARENTS ARE NOT LEAVING HER ALONE AND SHE IS UNABLE TO COME OUT SIDE.
2.OTHER THING IS ::IS THERE ANY REMEDY IF SHE RAN FROM HOME AND MARRYME AND HER PARENTS FILES AN F.I.R FOR ABDUCTION AGAINST ME AND MY PARENTS.
3.MY GIRLFRIEND ON THE OTHER HAND IS PRESSURISING ME TO TO DO SOMETHING BECAUSE SHE IS NOT ABLE TO LIVE IN PRESENT CIRCUMSTANES AT HER HOME,
4.SHE IS ALSO SAYING THAT SHE WILL COMMIT SUICIDE IN PRESENT SITUATION
5. I AM IN VERY AWKWARD POSITION AND IF SHE DIES IT WILL CREATE EMOTIONAL AS WELL AS LEGAL PROBLEMS AND I WILL BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE FOR HER ACT.IS THERE ANY REMEDY FOR IT ALSO.?
I FACING BOTH LEGAL AS WELL AS EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS.CAN U PROVIDE ME EFFECTIVE TO THE POINT SOLUTION FOR ALL THESE PROBLEMS SEPARETLY??????????????????????????????????????????????

I would like to suggest you to go along with the girl and infi=orm the police in writing about the situation and take a wriiten copy of the same with you so that even they lodge any fir, you will have the valid complaint of the facts and circumstances.
Legally, if the girl is above 18 and willinfg to marry to, then it does not maater whther she marries you after eloping or not.
it shall be a perfect marriage.
but parents lodge false criminal complaints to harras the boy alwz.

There are always problems in Love Marriages. Don't Think more, go ahead and solemnize marriage in Arya Samaj, as suggested by rakhi.
Nothing should happen, till the girl and her faith is with you.
