Divorce, job protection & family protection

I recently found the baby given birth by my wife is not mine, from then she stopped contacting me & there has been quarrel between both families. As I am a muslim, I made complaint to Qazi in my locality but they are refusing to take up the case as it is a case against modesty of a woman. My in-laws are forcing me to take my wife back to my home.

Can anybody provide me a clear solution on how to come-out of this situation, even I want divorce my wife.

Summarizing my questions:
Question#1: I cannot prove the baby is not mine until I get the baby in my home for dna test. Now, I fear if my in-laws file false case(s) against me and my family and harm my job. My entire family is dependent on my earnings only. I work in a pvt ltd company. How to protect myself and my job from false allegations by my wife.
Question#2:I want divorce from my wife- how can I get it-through Qazi or court. Please let me know its procedure. I married her in 2013.
Question#3: Even my parents and my siblings are feared of false allegations against them, false cases like dv, dowry case etc. How my family-parents & siblings can protect themselves from these false allegations.
Question#4: Is there solution only through court for above problems or is there any out-of-court settlement for above two questions, please let me know.

Baby during marriage is yours as it is a conclusive proof under section 112 of the Indian Evidence Act .....

Next is create evidence before u allege anything...

Since you are a Muslim you can give triple talaq to her and then there will be no force to take her back.
Thereafter there may be counter attack in the form of 498A case but in the contest of triple talaq you will find easy to get bail and then contest the case on merit.
In the maintenance case you can dispute paternity of the child and seek DNA test.
