Insecticides act- chemical requirment

(Querist) 19 February 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hi members.
My query is that after going through the Act and the Schedule, Rules etc. of the Insecticide Act, I am still unclear about how much quantity of the chemicals specified in the Schedule should be present to qualify it as an Insecticide?

For example, if a product has 3 of the chemicals specified in the schedule, how much percentage of each together or individually should be present in it to make it an Insecticide under the Act?

Also, it would be very kind if you do answer the query then you quote or specify the section or rule you got it from.

Thanks a lot!
