Request your neighbour to remove the cattleshed. If donot agree, approach the Society, Municipality, local police for necessary action. Even if the plot owner continues take a mandatory injuction.

For further guidance, advise and proceedings seek services of a local prudent lawyer.

In Sabarkantha District Of your Village dhansura Cattle is treated as Wealth and any Complaint will not Yield you any Result Except more Enemity.Better sort it out amicably .Just Protect your Self from such Disturbances by making required Fence.

Lodge complaint with the Municipality, administration, society and if no action move to court.

Make the main issue to dispose animal wastage in proper way.

Sabarkantha District of Gujarat is a Place where the cattle were given Importance. The author should take necessary Pre cautions to avoid the disturbances than going in for any complaints which would fetch him more trouble.Better be a Roman when you are in Rome.

Dr Vashistha's suggestion appears to be good from a Lawyer's perspective. But sometimes practicality over rules the law. Rajakumar's suggestion appears to be a bit practical. Complaint with the authorities is only going to create troubles to the complainant. Better make some settlement.
