Dear M J Advocate,
High court can assume jurisdiction against the orders passed by DART (APPELLETTE TRIBUNAL) under Article 227 of the Constitution, please recheck.
If stay on the orders passed by DRT has been granted by HC and your client is willing & ready to make payment, please advise your client to deposit balance of the amount with Registrar General HC (if the respondent do not accept).
You may seek modification of HC orders accordingly.

As the High Court granted stay and also granted time for payment and part payment has already been made, ask your client to pay the remaining amount to the respondent. In case he is not accepting, then deposit the amount in the court.
