Nullification of marriage

is there any time limitation for nullity of marriage.
the party is already married before that marriage but no evidence and based on memorundum of understanding can we do null and void

Any Second Marriage with out the Divorce in First Marriage would be a Criminal Offence.Consult a Local Good Senior Advocate and Go by his advise to Nullify the Illegal Marriage.

A party named mahesh married sirisha legally on 2014 November in arya samaj.
But on some family problems mahesh married other lady. Sirisha put a complaint on mahesh , but mahesh dnt know dat sirisha already married before him by other person.
Based on memorandum of understanding by paying cash 2lakhs in demand draft at that time and remaining amount of 2 lakhs after null and void.
Based on memorandum of understanding is that marriage can be nullified r not.
Sirisha again put a private complaint on mahesh fr demanding large amount.
But still mahesh didn't applied fr null and void petition.
Is there any tim limitation fr application of null and void.
But sirisha first marriage I, e before marrying mahesh, has no evidence of marriage pics r nothing.
