I want to attest my educational and experience certificates by commissioner of oaths as required by the client. Please guide me . I'm staying in Thane near Mumbai. Please help from where to do this or who is having the authority to do it.

that too on such a small matter. One does not need to come to this forum to know that Oath Commissioners are sitting in asbestos sheds in court complex.
