I have an industrial roof shed in bhiwandi.i have been paying property tax in my name.i want to develop this property. Now the previous owner is claiming that u cannot develop this property above 16 ft height as he has mentioned this clause in sale deed.
Does he still has this right to interfere.

Consult Your Local Good advocate,Once the Sale Transaction is Completed He Can Not Interfere.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 18 September 2015
I agree with expert Mr. NJS views, once the sale of the property is completed and the property was duly conveyed, the previous owner has no rights over the property or the purchaser until and unless there is a restriction clause imposed by the competent government authority in this regard which was reconveyed by the vendor to the buyer. Therefore verify and confirm if there are any such conditions in it.
