MY CARD WAS MISUSE ON THE INTERNET AND AFTER THE BANK INFORMED ME AND SENT ME THE DETAILS VIA MAIL I FILED A COMPLANE WITH MY POLICE STATION AND THE INVESTEGTION IS UNDER PROGRESS AND THE BANK TOO IS AWARE OF THE INVESTIGTION, BUT OFF LATE THE BANK TOO HAS PUT REQUEST TO MY POLICE SATION TO FILE A COMPLANE OF CHEATING, REQUESTED TO CONFIRM WHAT IS TO BE DONE

its true but banks will not generally put such complaint cuz they will loose a chance to recover the amounts from innocent cad user. You can file a case against the bank for defficient service before a consumer forum for their misdeeds. Contact me on s_bsst@yahoo.com so that i can give you a copy of consumer complaint.

You first cancel the concerned cridit card to safeguard your interest against further online frauad. You have to proceed on your case.
