There is property dispute between the relatives as my relative have filed civil suit on the basis of false/fake affidavit whereas the property in office of registrar is duly register on all legal heirs including me. Regarding false/fake affidavit I have lodged police complaint to register case agains the defaulters. But since police is investigating the case and in the meantime my relatives are filing false complaints against me with police and also sending annoymous complaints to my employer. Please advice me that are there any precaution that I can take so my relatives do not file false complaints and stop sending annoyomous letters to my employers. Can I approach the High Court in this case. Please advice urgently.

You have proceeded against them, they would take every step to harass you. You should defend you on merits. Consult your lawyer.

High court can do nothing.
If you can prove their complicity in sending bogus letters then you can file criminal defamation case against them.

Inform the police and your employer that there is a conflict of interest between you and your relatives (name them) and hence any complaint filed against you should not be entertained without looking into the merits of the complaint.

The police is calling both the parties on & off but not registering the case. On the affidavit it shows my name but not my signatures. On the pretext of other party Police told that your signature needs to be verified from handwriting expert. But I insisted that since the other party have produce this false/fake affidavit in court and original is with other party and from whom they have got attested they may be inquired to produce the person / notary who have attested the affidavit, since on the affidavit it shows the stamp but name and number of notary is not mentioned. My query is that I came to know that if police is not registering the case I can move high court so that police may register the case and investigate the same. Please advice if I can move High Court for registering of case besides I do not want to give my handwriting as on the affidavit it shows my name but not my signature. I am also amazed that how my name in affidavit is same as my handwriting.

You are appearing to be more confused and perplexed due to frequent visits to police station and seeing many cases from both the sides. Better consult your lawyer and take his advise based on the local circumstances which will fetch you relief instead of wasting your time by furnishing vague and incomplete details here seeking clarifications.
