loss of business income because of remaining the vehicle in idle positon-whether claim tribunal has jurisdiction to enterain the claim for such loss?

by whose fault the vehicle was kept in idle position?. Motor Vehical tribunal has no jurisdiction to entertain such claims you have to knock the doors of civil courts or in some cases you can even approach a consumer forum also.
