Validity of undergraduate degree

(Querist) 29 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
I got admission in an engineering college in Sept 2010 and joined the regular classes all the time from Sept 2010.Though panickly I also took admission in another university in rgular BA course in 2011 but here no class runs at all.I also sat for first year exam of BA in 2013 wihout attending any class here. But left BA after that.Meanwhile I was regular in class attending in my engineering college taking all the internal and external exams.Since classes are not run in that BA college even in regular course(a fact).
Sir please make me clear whether my engineering degree will get cancelled and what action can be taken against me.
Thanks in advance Sir.

As of common sense, if engineering college is not fake and is affiliate to any university recognised university, nobody can cancel you engineering degree.

But, your query becomes doubtful when you write that in addition to your regular degree classes of engineering you have taken admission for simple B.A. and that too where no classes are conducted even for the regular BA course. You have also not mentioned, the name of the university to which both the colleges are affiliated. Really wonderful to know that such colleges do exist, which just give admission but don't conduct classes! Is not it?

Have not you put this question merely for fun sake?

Thank you Sir for your reply. But I am not joking. My engineering college is affiliated to State govt university and approved by AICTE also. But the BA course college is a proposed college for another state govt university having 3 rooms only in the name of a college. But due to collusion of college staffs and university staffs it has been so.Sir I want to ask what punitative action can be taken legally or acamedically. Please answer in the view of my all queries.
Thanking You all.

Concentrate on your Engineering course. Forget about B.A. as the same seems to be based on fraudulent idea to earn money by the organisations. University may withdraw recognition of the college any time.
