Mutation - proceedural

There are multiple authorities like L&DO, NDMC,MCD,DDA in Delhi for mutation of a property. Can someone help me in finding out which authority will do mutation of a flat in a free hold Cooperative Society at R. K. Puram, sector XIII, New Delhi.

You have to find out by yourselves. Go to any of the Municipal office near to your flat and enquire them. You can also enquire in the Head office of the Municipal corporation/board of state of Delhi. They will guide you.

You may ask to your VENDOR. or approach to your cooperative society.

There are many others who purchased the property and got it mutated, enquire from any one of them.
