First decide what do you want? Since your dispute is still fresh, it is better if you involve your family members and negotiate to settle the dispute amicably.
If it does not succeed then you can file case u/s 498A IPC, 406 IPC or u/s 12 of PWDV Act.

aap ka sahi karneka darwaza bandh mat karo.
498A se kisko bhi fayda nahi hota.
sirf nuksan hai.

sitting and talking over all the issues and reaching an amicable solution can be the answer for the matrimonial disputes which are still in the early stage, so why dont the author try this idea and save the marriage
