Whether the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965,the provisions therin is applicable to NATIONAL THERMAL POWER CORPORATION LIMITED A psu.

I need the applicability of the above rule to ntpc because, the provisions related to suspension reviw/revoke is not appearing in the rules of ntpc. Can any one help me in this regard?

CCS(CCA) Rules apply to Central Government servants, as provided. The Rules as such do not apply to public sector, NTPC.

However, the rules for NTPC may be similar. Please verify.
