False complaint and chargesheet

Hello Sir,
Its Lohith here and i am working in a IT company having a good reputation in the society. My mother and some others has been cheated by a person who has taken money to provide GOVT job, and the other persons who also lost there money has given a private complaint on my mom and included me and my sister also in the complaint.
we have been booked with the false 420 case saying we have cheated them by taking money inorder to provide them govt job, I am not at all aware of that. If my mom has done any mistake means they should give complaint on her how can they include my name and my sister name we have not at all seen them. Now i have applied for a Anticipatory bail. But i am getting a threat calls to give there money or they will harm me. And also some police are also calling and threatning me and they are illigally tracing my number.I am recently married and i am worried if they will harm me or my family.
The date which they have mentioned about the transaction is may 2009 at that time i was doing my engineering and i was noware involved or aware of the trasaction.
PLease suggest me what i have to do inorder to defend myself.
Will be awaiting the suggestions.

Dear Querist
if the bail has been rejected by session court you have right to file the AB before high court or get arresting stay after filing a writ petition for quashing complaint under article 226 of Indian constitution read with section 482 of Cr.PC, if you are right then the court may pass an order in your favor.

Dear Nadeem,
I have been told that as chargesheet is already made we cannot apply for quashing the complaint is that so???. The chargesheet is made on 15.04.11 and court has not sent any summons or any notice they are directly coming with arrest warrant. Can i still file the petition to quash the complaint. And to which court i have to file this. Do i have to file for the same court or i can reach for high court for the petition.
