Steps for Registration:
Decide on the name of the LLP and check whether it is available. Decide the Partners and the Designated Partners, Take the Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) and a digital signature certificate. Draft the LLP agreement. File the LLP Agreement, incorporation documents and obtain the Certificate of Incorporation. The Registrar of Companies (ROC) is the authority having jurisdiction over the incorporation.
Prescribed registration fee as per the slab given in Annexure A of the LLP Rules, 2009, based on the total monetary value of contribution of partners in the proposed LLP shall be paid online.
