Hi All,

RTI is applicable for Temple trust ?. Herein Hyderabad, some people build the temple and they have trust on temple name. Those people collected chandas from various people and they have constructed the temple, but the temple is not completed. I want to file an RTI to get the complete details regarding the trust. Whether RTI is applicable for temple trust ? in andhra pradesh.

Trust is not directly accountable since it is not a public Authority.But, information about the trust could be secured from the Registrar of the trust

You can definitely obtain each and every information through Registrar of trusts.
