Is it necessary to supply the copy of the documents to the accused during the course of trial or only when the documents are exhibited the accused is having the right to peruse the documents espcially in the light of section 208 of crpc.

Procedure is to supply the entire copy of complaint with list of Doc with summon itself,so as to enable him to record his plea.
But in practice, he is served wirh complaint copy when he appears, and at the time of Examination in Chief of complainant.
