For false case

can I request court regarding stopping of criminal proceding in lower court.Some of my relative had filed fake case againstme in lower court.I want to stop further proceding in thiscase.

There is no procedure for 'stopping' a proceeding. However you may challenge the summoning order and hence file quashing case in the high court. If the same is allowed, stay would be granted in further proceeding of the criminal case.
