Dear sir,
I am working with M.P. govt. PSU MPPKVVCL as Account Officer since 03.12.2012. Now I am selected in raileay's PSU DFCCIL. At the time of interview I produce NOC to DFCCIL.
My quries are as under:
Can my bond is transfered to DFCCIL?
Can I eligible for technical resignation?

Kindly guide me.

How can I proceed it. My company management is very strict to realising bond amount from the employee. Irequired to get all my original document and reliving certificate from my present employer.

If you had applied for the job with proper channel then your present employer cannot enforce the bond documents otherwise you shall have to obey it at any cost.

Please check the NOC. MPPKVVCL must have forwarded your application or must have given NOC subject to the rules and regulations of the service.

If the rule or terms of appointment provides for payment of Bond money in the event of you resigning from service for any reason you have to pay the bond money.

The answer to your query depends upon the terms and conditions of your appointment and the conditions upon which NOC has been issued. Therefore please check both these documents.

You cannot infer that MPPKVVCL has no right to realise the bond money since it has issued NOC in your favour or forwarded your application.
