Will and testament

(Querist) 19 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
I am probating my father’s last WILL and TESTAMENT in district court. The summons to all the legal heirs has been served by the court. In this regards i have following question
• Do they get the copy of the will along with my application before they submit their say?
I fear that one of them will produce a false WILL based on the contents of the WILL which is in for probate
ajay sethi (Expert) 19 February 2013
other legal heirs can always challnge the genuine ness of the will . you will have to prove genuine ness of the will . in this regard testimony of attesting witnesses would be important

You cannot change the law rather every party has got legal right to agitate for its legal right within framework of law. If a forged will is produced, do challenge it.
