Against domestic violence

Hi,
My wife launched Domestic Violence complains(01/01/2013)against me and family (including my second wife) , police arrested same day to me and family (2nd Wife) without asking our concern in the matter or they did not took cross complain,
The reason she filled case was I did 2nd marriage as I found characterless after passing several years with here I found their no change in her behaviour so finally I performed 2nd marriage 7 th month ago and I don’t feel that’s wrong.
Previously also she filed false 498-A(2003) and complain against me and family members including my father, mother, brother and sister but that time several family member support us and ask us for compromise, after that in the name of house dealing her parents to suck a huge amount from me, and also grab that property and to harass me by keeping me away from my beloved daughter & Son.
I lost huge amount of my hard-earned money, I lost my mother, I lost my peace of mind and lost several precious years of my young age.
My question here is
Why law is supporting to-much Woman?
Why investigation agency (police) works as blind cow for woman?
Why judiciary system not given punishment to woman and also for investigation agency for their false registration of case?
Why fist investigation not done by investigation dept? Neatly and correctly only after they should arrest family members, without investigation how should law permits to arrest anyone if work as good position, what respect remain in the society
Just like other developed countries have facility
Why we should seat with criminal desk ? just like pick-pocketers and theifts on the name of law ?
There is no right of law to insult us because of MAN......
Why not all members join to-gather and have fight against these false domestic violence cases
I understand there will few cases but in reality every woman have right to use power without reason

your second marraige during subsistence of earlier marriage is illgeal . your wife must havfield complaint of Bigamy against you as you contracted a second marriage . you ought to have divorced your first wife before remarrying .
generally in DV cases court ry to arrive ayt reconcilation between parties .case si referred to mediation .based on report of mediator further proceedings take place

Instead of putting a series of questions which almost all out of our purview, it was better for you to use your mind prior to getting married subsisting your first marriage. You might have obtained a decree of divorce from such problematic lady.
You cannot take the protection of woman rights to save your illegal work of remarrying with second lady. Laws are pro-woman, this fact is already known to you but despite of that you haven't took any precaution.
Anyway, now dont say I have performed second marriage rather say we both are living together. This shall save you from future wrath of law. Seriously defend your case.
