About drugs

hello to everyone.
my friend got stuck in drug case.
he is the owner of medical wholesale.
actually he made an order a large quantity of drugs without bill and have no any type of doctor approval.
like crux..
and the medical department caught him..
so what are the chances of bail???

Bail is the discretionary power of the Court hence nobody can opine confirmed about it even the lawyers dealing with the cases. So better to follow the advice of your lawyer.

engage a local lawyer . it appears medical store wholesaler has placed orders for prohibited drugs . depends upon the offence he is charged with . bail would depend upon facts of the case . no one can guarantee resilts
