Dear sir,
I have booked a flat in March,2009 in Global city ,virar(w).As per sale deed i was expected to get the possession in July,2011 but unfortunately not got till the date.Although building is ready to use since eight month.Every time when i visit the builders office they only reply that OC is expected in next week after that you will get the possession immediately.In this regards i actually want to know that is there no time limit for getting OC from local authority?or any temporary oc is available in some special cases?Few buyers have already got the possession in same projects in different buildings.Is there chances of litigation between builder & local authority ?
Please suggest what i can do in such a situation.

File a consumer complaint after giving notice through a lawyer to your builder as he has already delayed the possession.

Send a legal notice to the builder and file a case in consumer court as the builder has already delayed in giving possession to you.
