hi experts,
my grandfather gave one room to tenant in 1980 under section 21 DRC for five years . but tenant was actually using room for commercial purpose . he filed for eviction in 1986 but lost case.my grandfather and father both expired.tenant is paying rs 330 rent to me and i am issuing him rent receipts.my question is if tenant is using it commercially since 30 years can i file eviction petition under section 14(e) with 25B ?

You can definitely file eviction petition but it shall be good if you go through the earlier judgment vide which you grandfather failed to get the desired results so that you may well prepare yourself for all those loose points.
