After the recent decision of the supreme court , every private information which is not of larger public implications is not open to RTI Act.
So first see what is the locus standi of the applicant and what is its purpose.
Arvind Singh Chauhan (Expert) 25 October 2012
I think there is nothing which can be covered under privacy, in above mentioned information. Information can be supplied.

malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 25 October 2012
In the Bank Officers as nominated as Public Information Officers at various levels right from the Branch, Administrative Officer and Head Office. Only the nominated Officer can supply the required information. If the request is referred to you, you should forward it to the nominated officer for his action. Every Officer is not supposed to handle the RTI information requests.

As regards supply of information, there are exemptions under RTI Act. The applicant should explain in what context he requires the information if the information is not in public interest.

You are advised to refer the matter to administrative head immedaitely.

Ask information is not covered under section 11 of the RTI Act. Since bank is public authority.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 18 November 2012
I would disagree with Mr Burman (sorry). Locus standie of the applicant and the purpose is irrelevant. if the information is not barred by Section 8 it will have to be provided.

section 11 only deals with IIIrd party information.
