Father torturing my mothr and us

Dear sir/mam: my father regularly abuses my mother and threatens us all that he will not look after us anymore. my mother is a govt servant....but i am still a student and not financially independent.i am 22 yrs old and my brother is 11.is there any law that can stop my father from not looking after us and my mother? the house is in the name of my father.can he throw us out of the house if he wants? it is really urgent for me to know all this.pls help.

You are not eligible for maintenance after you attain majority. Your mother can seek to live in that house as it is her matrimonial home/shared household.
