State information commissions

PIOs and Appellate PIOs are given one month to reply petitions and if no reply is got State information Commission can be approached. In a case of mine I approached SIC but it has not given its decision or orders or memo though 2 months have passed. Enquiries reveal though order is given(in my favor)in a month’s time it is administration that delays intimation and putting it in web site. Who sets time for SIC’s administration to act?
Can some experts in these field answer?

Dear Mr Thyagarajan,

As stated above if it is administative delay there is no hard rules/provisions related to the time, your problem is genral problem related to administrative delays regarding information, we suggested to you, you can approach to the concern commission with request letter and take acknowledgment as record.
