No customers will give false written complaints against an Asst.Manager at the behest of the Branch head that too against a physically challenged person. It might have happened that when they are unhappy with you, your manager might have taken advantage. When you are assistant manager, it is your duty to discharge the assigned work - you can throw the blame on the manager. First of all you introspect yourself where things have gone wrong. If the mistake is with you, sincerely apologize and settle the matters. If you feel that you are at no wrong, you have to accept the transfer and prove yourself in the new place. Transfers are administrative matters and courts generally do not interfere in these matters. Transfer is not a punishment and according to the terms of your service, you are liable to be transferred anywhere. If you firmly believe that manager played a foul play, take appointment with higher authorities and appraise the situation personally.

Approach superior authority to get the justice in your case.

You can approach seniors.

However, it is unlikely that consumers complained on behest of senior management against one person.
