Land acquisition

my father had a self acquired property(plot)of 2500 sq yard situated on national highway 2km far from jhajjar(haryana).it was acquired by huda(haryan urban development authority) for proposed new bus sand in 2010.in front of plot(west) is nh71,opposite to highway road is a petrol pump.south side of plot is a sr.sec.resident school.(both not acquired).i have document to show that in front of our plot a shop is sold(registered) rs.5000/yard rate in 2006.we had put a case in session court for increments in rate as govt just has paid assuming a agricultural land 22lakh/ekad.so please guide me how much rate govt. should give??we had showed it as commerical site.regards

If the site is commercial and it has been acquired by HUDA. You can obtain commercial rates for the same as per the circle rates + displacement benefits if any.

thanks shonee.present rates are about /more than 10,ooo sq/yard.so it means we should get nearby this.

plot had a covered area a 15x35 sq yard(which by shown by authorities in a notice given by them 10 years ago) and also 17 tree's as also shown in videography done by HUDA.regards
