Wrong wording in sale deed

Dear sir,
just now I asked about a querry on wrong words in the sale deed.The property belongs originally to the Air force Naval housing board and the first purchaser sold the flat to one manojsarma and seema sarma. In the conveyance deed of manojsarma and seema sarma the wrong word "open parking" instead of "covered parking" was occurred. The same mistake was continued in our sale deed signed by my daughter D.Santhilakshmi. In the transfer certificate issued to manojsarma and seema sarma who sold the flat to my daughter by the Air force naval housing board it was noted as " car parking shed".
If correction deed is to be made now, pl let me know the cost of the correction deed and proceedure of the correction deed.
