(Querist) 04 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sirs,
On 2nd March, 2012, I was in Delhi. My daughter-in-law and her father are trying to blackmail me by filing one after another false criminal case. Accordingly, on 5th March, 2012, her father lodged an FIR that on 2nd March, 2012, i snatched some money from his pocket, when he came out of Howrah G.P.O. (which is situated just in front of Howrah Court. s such I ask to Airtel to provide my mobile details, including location of my mobile on 2nd March, 2012 and Voice Data Records of 2nd March, 2012. Airtel supplied me details of Mobile calls in March, 2012 against payment of Rs.50/-, but refused to supply location details of my mobile and voice data records of my mobile regarding 2nd March, 2012. I want to submit a representation to TRAI to issue direction upon the Airtel to supply aforesaid detail connected with my Mobile. Please advice, to whom other authorities, I should make such representation?

Voice data is not maintained by the service provider.

You can get your CDRs containing location details through court or connections.
