Judgement pending of a case in the high court cuttack

(Querist) 22 April 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

Being a petitiner of a WP(C) case against dealership advertisement of 2007 I had a stay with respondent and a contemt against the Indian Oil but the matter is pending since first week of February 2012.

Can my advocate or my self mention for the same because it is delayed for three months.

Or it will automically heared when any due date/time comes.

In case it will be in my favour shall i prefer for a caviate petition because it is being prooved once by RTI that the company is having malafide intrest in bringing out non due list of empanelled candidate for dealership. Now I become second from third and there is only one first. I hope I will again first.

Please advice

When the matter is supposed to appear again for contested hearing?
If the scheduled time has passed then only mention the matter before the concerned Beach through your advocate.
Else wait till that time comes.

You need not take the desired action because in High courts, the cases come for hearing in sequence. You have no urgent case so it is better to wait otherwise can move an application for early hearing at any later stage.

It would be listed in due course. You need not worry too much for it.

Respected Experts. In my service matter too, I have filed WP in 2010 and still waiting. It is a service matter and waiting for so long is only exhausting my career time. We did mention and filed a WPMP for expedition but nothing got expedited. I dont want to appeal against the orders in WPMP in Supreme Court bcoz it might make matters wrong. Cases similar to mine and filed after me, have got a hearing and disposed off. So what should I do now.
