I had purchased a refrigerator. The same day the piece was not working. Despite calling the dealer from where i purchased i have not got a replacement for the piece. They promise me everyday that they will get it replaced but they haven't done it so far. The full payment has been made as well. Kindly let me know if I can take some strong legal action against the dealers?

Send a notice to the dealer and the company
Then move consumer court, if they don't change the piece.

Directly write a letter to the manufacturer enclosing the bill and your efforts with teh local dealer and request to do the needful failing which to face legal consequences.
There is not requirement of legal notice as it shall require lawyers fee. You directly write to manufacturer.

You are runnig after dealer and not the company. it is the company who has given warranty.
