Query about lewd sms

I was exchanging sms with one of my female friend. I have sent her some non-veg sms also but she never objected at that time. She always sent me only normal sms. Our friendship broke in August 2011. Now she is blackmailing me & threatening me to lodge a police report against me for sending her lewd sms in July 2011.
Her intention was bad from starting & she has saved all my lewd sms. She has sent me a normal sms in January 2012 also.
1. After seven months can she lodge a police complaint against me?
2. If yes then is it a bale-able offence or non-baleable?
3.Is there any specific time period to lodge such kind of complaints?
what kind of action should I take to save me?

to take precaution and not to send any sms.

do not delete the mesages of her and show at the time of any talking with the police officils if it happens

But I want to know that is there any specific time to lodge the complaint or she can lodge the complaint any time in my whole life ?

She can lodge Police complain after 7 months also. It will provide defense ground to you.

Cr complain is not as serious disease as AID,
So you are saved: Pain always follow after Pleasures of such opposite sex. So be very careful dealing with Women.
