Hi experts
I have taken loan of about 4.5 laks, I already paied 2 laks but did not get any document that I have paid for 2 laks.
Now they are forcing me to pay remaining amount where I have huge loan and Im unable to bare thier torture.
They have all the witness, where as I dont have single witness, I trusted them a lot but now I came to know that they are very fraudlent people
Now I dont have background support too and even going to loose the job.
They started treatening me that they will go to my native place and talk to parents and obtain my share of property but actually there is no share of my property.
Enemies started threatenning me that they will put in the jail of entire family etc..
I took loan to purchase the site, but they did fraudlent and they registed to my wife and she also did the fraudlent, now she is also turned against me and made me lot of torture by scolding me very very cruelty.
I really shocked all of this and went ill.
Now Im taking medicen as per phsycotrist doctor and nuro doctor.
Still Im staying with wife.
Now 1) how to face that cheque related issue. is it ok if stop payment done so that atleast cheque bounce case can be avoided. I have given blank cheque just signed only.
2) How to come out of harrasing wife. I secretly married her 10 years back. She is already married and divorced.
Now my parents also suffering because of me and they stopped talking to me.
Now Im unable to survive due to medical illment. Even Im typing this, my brain is not functionning properly
Please any one help me in getting resolved.
My parents dont know that I married secrely and when they came to know they too shocked and crying at me
Now what I have to do
do I have to shift the house by leaving her alone. If I do she will lodge the complaint that I left her abondon.
She went and created scene such a way that she got full support around the apartment and street.
She uses to beat me and took knife too but I dont have any proofs for this.
She and her relatives took lot of evidence on phone call.
Now Im worried as Im 40 year old guy. By looking at me none of people supports me that much scene has been created by them.
Please mail me urgent and help me as Im going to loose job too.
If you know any group like karnataka rakshana vedhike please help me.

1)you have stated that you have taken 4.5 lakhs loan but have repaid rs 2 lakhs .
how have you reapid rs 2 lakhs ?
was it by cash or cheque?
2) you have stated that you have given blank cheques . please send letter by regd post AD to perosn holding blank cheques mentioning fact that blank cheques have been taken . request them not to fill in amounts and date .
3) you have stated that you are suffering from some illness . what is nature of your ailment .
4)if your wife is beating you lodge a police complaint aginst her . obtain doctor cettifcate about nature of bruises .

you have got some multiple problems...dont panic, it is advisable to visit some local lawyer and mention the entire facts in clear terms.
dont go for any speculative advice, as your statement does not contain entire set of facts and circumstances.
dont worry, legally the other party cannot use force to recover money, but do seek legal opinion for appropriate steps.

since your problems are complex,it needs some personal advise of a local expert.

I paid by cash. I dont have evidence.
I believed them a lot.
Now Im worried they may say more money llike 20 laks etc...
Now Im worried they are threatenning.
Im under medical treatment.
Im lose job at any time.
They say that they will go to my home and make harrasement.
Every body says God only should save me.
Can you please suggest me good lawyer or any group like karnataka rakshana vedhike
The enemy is having lot of influence.
Im alone.
