Conversion of HUF into Partnership firm

Can a HUF be converted into a Partnership firm? If so, what are the formalities?

The HUF cannot be converted into a partnership, however the Karta and the coparceners can become partners in the partnership firm and they can get the HUF property as investment.

HUF Kartha & HUF Memebrs Can be partner of the Partnership Firm

No. A HUF can not be converted into a Partnership firm, but the HUF Kartha & HUF Memebrs can become partners of the Partnership Firm, they can get the HUF property as an investment against their share of investment.
