my divorce case is going on, and my wife is seeking a maintenance e of 15000 and a house . i have submitted my salary certifice stating my salary is 13000( actual is 15000). her laywer has written a letter to the company where i am working seeking salary certificate with a stamped on it and the tenure of working. i want to know whether my company docent reply to the letter does the court can order the company to provide detials. as my company is private company .

yes, individual could not get personal details of the salary, if the court order then must provide. you put the salary details before the court will decided. have you kids and the court may order also provide kids maintenance.

She has to prove her case by herself. You do not worry, nor submit any proof of your income. Let her break her head.
On the contrary you claim she is working having salary of 17000/- and hiding it.
you can produce a salary slip also, Let her prove it is false, , and to prove, will take years. If you yourself submit proof of income. you will be liable to pay interim mtn immediately. Opp Adv have no right, and your company is not bound to reply to her Adv.
