Filing of suit

we are company and are about to take action against the X-employee of the company for missapropriation of money and several intentional dishonest acts, i have to file both civil as well as criminal case against him , shall i lodge a police complaint before filing the criminal case. or lodging police complaint is enough to prosecute him in criminal.
kindly send me format of criminal complaint under section 403 of IPC.

You are a company then go for personal consultation of a lawyer.

Private complaint does not require complaint before Police.
However for police action you need FIR to be registered.

Better to register an FIR first and let the police take action. If ther is no action from the police, you can file a private case.
Being a company, you might have appointed lawyers in your panel paying fees regularly. Let them do the work for you.
